My dough is freshly made every morning, hand stretched then covered with homemade tomato sauce, sprinkled with fresh mozzarella cheese and topped with a variety of classic vegetables, cheeses, fish and meats. 

 

Having grown up in Slovenia, I have made the most of the classic cuisine originating from neighbouring Italy. I know what good authentic pizza should look and taste like. I make the component parts of my pizza using traditional recipes and methods then top them with the quintessential pizza ingredients. Although my pizzas would still be considered a treat, the fresh Meditarianian inspired ingredients create a healthier alternative to many other take-away options. 

 

While you will always be sure to find me serving, sometimes my wife, Ellie, will also be there to welcome you, so we hope you enjoy our family focus. Ellie primarily works as a children's nurse at Addenbrookes Hospital.
